Acceptance of Terms

By accessing MailCop, a product of WorkersLab LLC ("we", "us", "our", "WorkersLab", or "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service. Your continued use of MailCop constitutes acceptance of these terms and any updates we make to them.

Service Description

MailCop provides email validation and verification services. Our service includes:

— Bulk email list validation via CSV upload

— Real-time API for email verification

— MX record and SMTP verification

— Disposable email detection

— Custom email, domain, and IP filters

— Downloadable validation results

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Your Account

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

— Provide accurate and complete registration information

— Maintain the security of your password and API keys

— Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

— Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not transfer your account to another party without our written consent.

Credits & Pricing

MailCop operates on a credit-based system:

Credits never expire

Unlike many competitors, your credits remain valid indefinitely. Use them whenever you need them.

MX validation: 1 credit per email

SMTP validation: 10 credits per email (includes mailbox verification)

You can obtain credits through monthly subscriptions or one-time credit pack purchases. Subscription credits are added monthly and stack with existing credits.

API Usage

API access is available on Premium and Enterprise plans. When using our API, you agree to:

— Keep your API keys secure and confidential

— Not share API keys with unauthorized parties

— Implement reasonable rate limiting in your applications

— Not use the API to compete directly with MailCop

We may revoke API access if we detect abuse or violation of these terms. You can create and manage multiple API keys from your dashboard.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use MailCop to:

— Send spam or unsolicited commercial email

— Harvest or scrape email addresses without consent

— Engage in any illegal activity

— Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile our service

— Interfere with or disrupt the service

— Resell our services without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WorkersLab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our service.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive for 99.9% validation accuracy, but email validation results are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee specific outcomes for your email campaigns.

Refund Policy

Subscription Payments

• Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable

• You may cancel your subscription at any time

• After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period

• Any unused credits remain valid and can be used after subscription cancellation

Credit Packs

• One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable

• Credits never expire and can be used at any time

• Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely

Refund Requests

• We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in cases of technical issues preventing service delivery or billing errors

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MailCop shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
